Moss yard is a private beach that is open to the public.  There are fabulous views across the bay and lots of sandy coves to explore. There is a small sandy beach from the path opposite the entrance in the car park, however if you take the path adjacent to the entrance this takes you to a much bigger section. Fantastic place for the dogs, even lovely in the colder months, just remember to take a flask.
Small car park area with honesty box for £2 donation and farmer has kindly provided a toilet shed for visitors so you can spend the whole day there if you wish.

Update September 2023
Maddie and I visited in September. The car park donation is now £4 but worth it. There is also now a lovely little shop on the way down to the beach. It has its own carpark. It Sells bakery items, local produce and meat. I tasted the Raspberry and white chocolate cupcakes and a Quiche. They were fab. I also treated myself to a coffee and sat on the outside benches in the sunshine with Maddie.
Dogs welcome and can have a puppacino on the way to the beach or just a chilled place to relax on a nice day.
Worth following this little shop on Facebook(1littlefarm) to see the produce they sell. This will be one of my places to stop on the way home now.
