4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Malt Vinegar
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins or Worcester Sauce
1 tbsp Soft Brown Sugar (Heaped)
1/2 tsp Colmans Dry Mustard Powder

For pork ribs - Roast ribs for 1/2 hour at 200 °C
then drain any fat, pour over BBQ sauce and put
back into the oven for 1 & 1/2 hours at 160 °C

For Pork Chops or Chicken Breast
Pour over sauce and roast for about 45 min at 200 °C .
